Do I have to leave Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com?

No. Most managers keep their OTA listings and run the direct site in parallel - same calendar, same availability, kept in sync through your PMS. The OTAs keep bringing first-time discovery; your own site captures repeat guests, referrals, and anyone who finds you on Google or asks an AI. Over time the direct channel grows and the ~15% commission shrinks as a share of portfolio revenue.

How does it work with my PMS or channel manager?

We connect to the system you already run - Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, Hospitable, Icnea and similar - through its API. Availability, pricing and reservations stay in one place. A direct booking on your site flows into your PMS exactly like an OTA booking, so your team keeps working the way they already do. No rip-and-replace.

How do payments work, and what is ONVO?

ONVO Pay is a Costa Rican payment processor. We integrate it into the site so guests pay on your page and the money lands in your account - we never touch it. Rates are about 4.5% on international cards and 1.5% on local cards. That replaces a ~15% OTA commission on every booking you move to direct.

What do my owners get out of it?

Each property can have its own direct booking site, or you run one collection site for the whole portfolio. Owners keep more of every booking, and the direct channel you provide is a reason they stay with you instead of the manager down the road. You run it; they see the upside.

When do I actually get paid?

On a direct booking the deposit hits your account when the guest confirms. Airbnb typically releases payout about 24 hours after check-in, and other OTAs pay monthly. For a manager fronting cleaning, supplies and owner payouts, money at booking is a real cash-flow difference, not just a fee saving.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

Basic bilingual sites start at $799 and go live in about 14 days.
